New adventure comedy filmed partly on Rapa Nui
First-time film director acts out a dream
Cast and crew battled the wind and rain and filming had to stop for more than half an hour, drowned out by the sound of Wellington's Carillon, but first-time movie director Andrew Bain could not wipe the smile from his face.

His adventure comedy The Rocking Rock of Rapanui, partly set on Easter Island, was two days into a nine-day shoot around Wellington. Isolated Pencarrow Head will be used to stand in for the isolated Easter Island.
