Missing: Miss Paula, 'built like a rock'

For three years now, Miss Paula, a squat statue resembling the stone monuments of Easter Island, has delighted passing neighbors with an ever-changing wardrobe that has included a pink hat, pink boa, and, during one warm season, a pink bra.
